Have a wonderful weekend

I'm kinda too excited to sleep just yet. I'm away this weekend and I know it's going to be what I need ... it always is.

I also have a million things going through my mind.

I will be travelling a new direction in my life and there will be casualties.

Some friends will be left behind, they will follow there own direction, as long as they are safe and happy is all that matters.

Now I can see that they are it makes it easier to move on.

Some things just aren't options for me.

I just cut the USA labels off the holdal that I will be using this weekend. I sometimes keep silly things like that, but these ones will hit the bin so damn quick.

So i'm away for a weekend break ... I cant wait.

I woke up to a temperature here this morning of 63 degrees, it's now a comfy 70 but where i'm going they are still clipping the 90's ....

I wonder if moving is an option ..lol

‘August’ ... the quiet month. Not anymore...lol

I’m out later for the first of what promises to be a good month of ‘get togethers’. About a dozen of us are meeting up, some of us haven’t seen each other since university, there are a few I have lost contact with and haven’t spoken to in over ten years.

If this event is successful we have promised to make it as regular as possible, we have one coming over from the States and one from Spain, so regular for them will be when they can.

I’m so looking forward to seeing them all and just being in company of friends that I still love, respect and above all trust. People I can truly chill with and know that I won’t wake up in a cell alone...lol

I will be entertaining two of the girls, one of them, I am and have been in contact with for years, that’s Pink and she lives in Spain.... please don’t ask how she got her nic-name ... lol

Anyway, I’m going to have a light lunch, see ya later journal.
